Learning Support Assistant

Fixed Term

To start ASAP

Term Time 20 hours (part-time would be considered for the right candidate)

LSA role: LGS Points 5-6 (£25,583 - £25,989 FTE) pro rata Actual Salary £11,537- £11,720

The role will involve supporting various children across the school, some work will be 1:1. If you have the passion to grow and expand your role, we can support you with initiatives that enhance learning and promote wellbeing.

Applicants should have:

· A high standard of written and spoken English (GCSE English grade C/4 or above)

· Excellent numeracy skills(GCSE maths grade C/4 or above)

· A strong work ethic with flexibility to respond positively to challenges of day to day school life

· Previous experience of working within a LSA role or similar role is preferable but not essential

· Experience of working alongside ASD children on 1:1 is desirable
