Job Role: Learning Support Assistant
Pay Range: Local Government Scale 3 (Point 5-6)
Actual Salary: £17,305 - £17,580 per annum
Working hours/weeks: 30 hours per week, 38 working weeks (term time only)
Start Date: As soon as possible
The Role

Our Leaning Support Assistants are a vital part of our team and integral to the ongoing success of the school.

We're looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:
* Shares our vision and values and has a passion for making a difference
* Enjoys working collaboratively
* Has good subject and curriculum knowledge
* Enjoys building good relationships with all stakeholders
* Can adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
* Is committed to promoting good outcomes for all pupils
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Working with students under the direction of teaching staff
* Support the use of ICT in the classroom and develop a pupils' competence and independence in its use
* To assist with the preparation, maintenance and control of stocks of materials and resources.

We're looking for you if you have:
* Experience of working with primary age children
* Knowledge of relevant codes of practice and school policies
* Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the group.
