This is a fixed term position until the 21st July 2027

37 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 8:15 am to 4:15 pm and Thursday & Friday, 8:15 am to 4:00 pm, including a 30-minute unpaid break.

We are looking for an ambitious and inspirational Nursery Manager who can create a vibrant learning environment that promotes learning and enables children to reach their full potential.

Do you have an excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, are you passionate about positive reinforcement, developing an enabling environment both inside and outside and most importantly do you love working with children?

We are looking to appoint aNursery Managerto lead our nursery team and work under the direction of our Early Years Lead. You'll immerse yourself with our stimulating EYFS curriculum, further develop the nursery environment, get wet on rainy days and wrap up on very cold days. Most importantly, are you willing to dress up as a dinosaur and give warm smiles to make every child feel special.

As our Nursery Manager you will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team who all share the same vision of achieving more together. It's not necessarily the length of your experience that we're most interested in, it's your passion and commitment to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education.

We are looking for someone who is:

* Able to demonstrate in depth knowledge on the EYFS framework andplan an engaging curriculum

* Early years qualified (minimum Level 3)

* Passionate about Early Years and teaching young children

*A great communicator who develops positive relationships with young children

* Enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team

* Passionate, resourceful and creative about children learning through play and physical activities

* Able to promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils

Information about the School

Heybridge Primary School currently has 396 pupils ranging from 4 – 11 years.

We have a bright modern building, which is well equipped and is set within unusually generous grounds with playing fields and gardens. We are acknowledged as a friendly school within our local community and benefit from easy access to local amenities.

In December 2012 we converted to Academy status and became part of the highly prestigious Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT). The School shares good links with other primary and secondary schools in the Maldon area, so can provide wider learning experiences and networking opportunities with our neighbours and also schools within the TKAT family.
