Camp Epicis looking for someone who loves supporting children and brings energy, patience, and positivity to every session.

If you are looking for a role where you can make a real difference in school and after the school day-and we're looking for someone just like you to join our wraparound team in a local primary school.

Your role

Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for children
Lead simple, fun activities that keep children active and engaged
Help create an exciting curriculum for our children
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and school staff
Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain high standards of care
Work closely with theother team membersto help each session run smoothly
What you bring

Confidence working with children aged 4-11
Clear communication and a caring, supportive approach
The ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during busy times
A team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Experience in childcare or education (ideally L3 Early Years or FQT status - but not essential)
Awareness of Ofsted expectations (a bonus)

Hours and location

Monday to Friday
Afternoon shifts available: 15:00-18:00pm
We also have other roles from 8:30-15:30pm

Term-time with optional holiday work
Positions available in Essex primary schools, including Basildon, Stanford Le-Hope, Thurrock, Chelmsford and Harlow.
