Learning Support Assistants

Hours: 30 hrs per week - Term Time Only
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will support children with a range of behavioural and Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning and thrive in our nurturing school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to pupils with behavioural and SEN needs
- Assist in delivering personalised learning plans
- Help create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external agencies
- Promote pupils' emotional wellbeing and inclusion across the school day
Essential Experience
- Supporting children with behavioural challenges
- Working with pupils with SEN
- A strong understanding of individual learning needs
Desirable
- Experience working within an SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) provision
- Knowledge or experience of SEND paperwork and documentation
