Maternity Cover SENDCO (Non class based)
Full time may consider part time
Contract: Fixed-term Maternity Cover
Salary: MPR/UPR plus SEN2 allowance
Start: 23 February 2026 to December 2026 2.5 terms

At Milton Hall we're searching for an energetic, committed and inspiring SENDCO to join our forward thinking team during a maternity cover period. This is a chance to make a real impact in a school where every child is valued, supported and celebrated.
What You'll Do
Lead on SEND provision with purpose, enthusiasm and vision
Work closely with teachers, parents and external agencies
Identify needs early and ensure high-quality interventions
Promote a culture of inclusion and high expectations
Champion the success and wellbeing of our pupils with SEND

A qualified SENDCO (or teacher working towards the NASENCO award) who is:
