Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - fixed term contract ending 31st August 2026

11 hours 40 minutes per week, 1:00pm - 3.20pm, 5 days a week. 39 working weeks

Salary: Scale 3 Pt.5 - 6

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and self-motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have LSA experience and have previously worked in a primary school setting. This LSA role will support the class teacher and will involve supporting the children access all learning opportunities indoors and outside. Helping with tasks, whilst encouraging independence and ensuring safety.

The successful candidate will have the following skills: -

· Educated to at least level C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English

· A flexible motivated team player with good organisational skills

· Ability to think creatively to make learning exciting and relevant to all our students

· Be adaptable and able to work with initiative

· Be able to work effectively as part of a team and have high expectations of themselves and children.
