We are looking for a dedicated and inclusive SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive and collaborative team.
This is fixed term contract ending on 17th July 2026
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Do you have a patient, compassionate nature and a genuine interest in supporting their learning and development?
You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.

Information about the School
Stapleford Abbotts School was built in 1887 and has been an important part of village life since its establishment. Over the past ten years, the school has become popular and there has been considerable amount of refurbishment and new build. The school attracts children from a wide catchment area and from the neighbouring London Boroughs of Redbridge, Dagenham, and Havering. We are committed to. Involving the wider community with school life and work closely with other agencies including other rural schools in the Epping area.
