Job Description

Whitmore Primary School and Nursery has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team, working within EYFS / KS1.

Start date: 2nd February 2026.

The hours are: 8:45am to 3:20pm, Monday to Friday (including a 1 hour break), 27 hours, 55 minutes per week during term time, (39 weeks per year, including 5 inset days).

Salary Scale 3 or Scale 4 (Range 5 to 8) Actual Salary £17,021 to £17,551 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience (includes paid annual leave which must be taken during school closure periods)
