Are you passionate about inclusive education and making a real difference in children's lives? We're looking for a dedicated and experienced SENCO to lead our provision for children with special educational needs and disabilities.
About the Role
As SENCO, you will:
Coordinate and oversee SEND provision across the setting
Work closely with children, families, and external professionals
Support staff with strategies and training to ensure inclusive practice
Monitor progress and maintain accurate records and EHCPs
Champion the needs of every child and promote a culture of inclusion
✅ What We're Looking For-
Level 3 Early Years qualified
Early Years Level 3 SEN Qualification
Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
A compassionate and proactive approach to supporting diverse needs
