Relief Cover Cleaning Post

We are currently looking to appoint a self-motivated and reliable relief cover cleaner to join our Premises Team at Spring Meadow Primary School and Nursery, to cover staff absence as and when required.

The working hours for this post are Monday to Friday (term time only): 04:00-07:30am, as and when required to cover staff absence. Additional deep cleaning shifts in the holidays may also be required.

The successful candidate will:

· Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy

· Have the ability to work both alone and as part of a team

· Be someone with a good eye for detail, who takes pride in their work

· Have a good level of fitness due to the nature of the role

· Have an awareness of Health & Safety procedures

· Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential

Duties will include cleaning a specified area of the school to a high standard, performing periodical checks, and ensuring that relevant school policies and procedures are adhered to.
