Our current SBM is retiring. We are seeking a calm, organised professional to join our friendly, supportive team.

Our new Business Manager will:

· play a key role in the smooth running of the school

· be responsible for the management of the school's finances, human resources, payroll, premises, health and safety and data protection

· line manage the admin and premises teams

· Put the children's well-being and happiness at the centre of everything that they do

Successful applicants will ideally have a school business management qualification or be willing to work towards this, plus:

· Excellent people skills and some experience of managing staff

· Proven finance and business experience, preferably within an educational setting

· Strong organisational skills, plus an ability to work under pressure

· Experience of premises and facilities management
