Job Title: Fixed Term Early Years Practitioner

Hours:
24 hrs per week over 3 days -
Wednesday 9am-3pm 5.5 hrs, Thursday 8am-5pm 8.5hrs, Friday 8am-4pm 7.5hrs
Salary:
Level 4 point 6 fte £25,989
Actual Salary £16,858

Our vibrant, thriving, and ever-growing nursery-rated OUTSTANDING by Ofsted since 2010, including our latest inspection in July 2025 is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join our exceptional team. We're currently recruiting a practitioner who is:
- Qualified at Level 3 in Childcare and Education (minimum requirement).
- Passionate about supporting children of all abilities, including those with additional needs.
- Committed to creating rich, playful learning experiences that meet every child's individual needs.
- Flexible, motivated, and excited to be part of a dynamic team
- Paediatric First Aid , food hygiene, and experience with SEND Including SENCO qualification , DSL ,Safeguarding or other relevant training also desirable.

Further Details
- Shifts will be between 8am and 6 pm our operating hours each day
- Fixed term contract from Dec 25- August 26 for maternity leave cover
- This role is for48 weeks per year paid 52 weeks
