Job Description

The CEO of SECAT and the Headteacher of Thorpedene Primary School are seeking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our dedicated team on a part time basis (2 days per week, to be discussed at interview).

As Nursery Assistant, you'll help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. Youwillwork closely with our experienced staff to plan and deliver creative activitiesthat support every child's learning and development.

A Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification along with a Paedriatic First Aid qualification are essential for this role. Experience working with Nursery pupils and First Aid traning is desirable.

Thorpedene is a very successful Primary School and a member of the SECAT Academy Trust. It is a large school educating and caring for approx. 500 children and 90 employees.
