Teaching Deputy Head

We are seeking an inspirational, driven and dedicated individual with the ability and vision to ensure that children are always at the fore front of teaching and learning. In short we want an outstanding leader of learning.

This role involves 4 days teaching in class and 1 day out of class for PPA and leadership.

The successful candidate will:

• be an outstanding teacher who is passionate about curriculum design and quality first teaching
• be energetic, determined and passionate about improving standards for all children
• have a proven leadership track record in evaluating the quality of education, implementing change and holding others to account, resulting in improved outcomes
• have excellent interpersonal skills and professional integrity
• have a thorough understanding of the current educational landscape
• have an understanding of the expectations for each Key Stage, including Foundation Stage
• be uncompromising and relentless in the pursuit of excellence
• have experience of maintaining a culture of excellent safeguarding practices
