Role:Learning Support Assistant

Contract:PERMANENT, 39 WEEKS PER YEAR

Hours:11 hours

Salary:SCALE 3 POINT 5-6 £25,583-£25,989 FTE ( Actual Salary £6520- £6623)

Closing Date:29th October 2025at 12pm Midday

We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join us for 11 hours per week from 8.40am -3.10pm on a Tuesday and a Thursday .The successful candidate will be committed to supporting all pupils including those with additional needs. In this role, you would be working within a fantastic, supportive and welcoming team. Applicants will need to be enthusiastic, positive and able to work on your own initiative as well as follow direction.

We are looking for a candidate who has the following:

Experience of working with individuals or small groups of children under the direction of teaching staff
Experience of supporting pupils with activities which support literacy and numeracy skills
Commitment to work in partnership with class teachers to support learning in line with the national curriculum, codes of practice , adapted curriculum and school policies and procedures
Willing to attend relevant training and take responsibility for own learning
Flexibility and a good sense of humor
