SCHOOL COOK

Scale 5 Points 9-15 actual salary £22,946-£24,078 per annum

37 hours per week, term time only plus 3 non-pupil days

7am - 3pm Monday to Friday - 30 minutes unpaid lunch break

An enthusiastic and adaptable school cook is required as soon as possible to join our strong catering team. Our catering requirements are delivered by a dedicated team employed directly by the school. Cooking experience is required.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Appointments will be subject to references and enhanced DBS checks.

The Sandon School is a popular 11-18 mixed comprehensive of 1275 students with an excellent reputation in the local area. The school is situated close to the A12 on the east side of Chelmsford within easy reach of Chelmsford, Colchester, Southend and Brentwood and has good public transport links.
