Teaching Assistants 26.25 (5 days 8.45am - 3.10pm daily)

Permanent Post - December 2025
Scale 3 Point 5-6 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a committed and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our staff. You must have experience of working with children in a classroom setting in both EYFS and KS1.

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Provide vital classroom support and contribute to an engaging learning environment.
  • Offer 1:1 assistance to pupils, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their best.
  • Support teachers in delivering outstanding lessons and creating positive outcomes.
  • Help maintain a happy and safe playground during break and lunch times.
  • Demonstrate high expectations for the children.
  • Work in a team.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to school improvement.
  • Understand how to use assessment to inform next steps.

This is a public facing role and English fluency is required.
