We are looking for a Midday Assistant to work one hour a day for 5 days a week, term time only.

Holland Haven Primary School are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking and caring person, who enjoys working with children, to maintain the safety, welfare and good conduct of the pupils during the midday break. This role could be working with a child on a one to one basis or be responsible for a class at lunchtimes.

The successful candidate will need to:-

• Be aspirational, determined and hardworking
• Be appropriate and understanding
• Have a calm and positive manner
• Have the ability to use their initiative but also work as part of a team
• Have high expectations of childrens' conduct and be an excellent role model
• The ability to lead and support playground games when required
• Promote the school in a positive manner at all times and share in the responsibility for the wellbeing and safeguarding of all pupils.
