Old Heath Community Primary School is seeking to appoint a calm and positive person to support children with SEND across the school, initially lower KS2 and some support in our Den provision.
Hours 8.45am to 12.35pm (10 mins unpaid break) and 30 minutes unpaid lunch), 30 minute lunch duty 1.25 to 3.20pm
This is a fixed term contract attached to the specific child whilst they remain in the school, until July 2028
Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who:
· can be flexible and work across different years groups and support with some challenging behaviour
· has experience of supporting children with their learning, specific phonics experience and knowledge would be a great asset
· shows a commitment to meeting children's wider needs; social and emotional
· is able to work as part of a team and has good communication skills
· is organised and efficient to set up systems to support learning and well being
