The Governors and Headteacher of Trinity Road Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated and innovative SEND teacher who will share our vision and commitment to meeting the needs of all our learners.

We are looking for:

· An outstanding teacher and practitioner with a proven record of accomplishment of raising attainment and life chances for all pupils across EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage), KS1 and KS2

· Has an in-depth knowledge of SEND and has a proven track record of applying this, securing the best provision, resources, and strategies for SEND

· Lead an inclusive classroom for children with identified social communication difficulties and learning needs

· Has a passion for raising standards and attainment

· Has a commitment for improving and developing their own practice and that of others

· Is an excellent role model for staff and children

· Has high expectations of all the children and themselves

· Works collaboratively as part of the team and has excellent communication skills

· Has an investment in supporting families and as proven track record of being able to build positive relationships with them

· Has effective time management strategies and is organised and systematic in their approaches

· Has a secure understanding of safeguarding, policy and practice

· Will get fully involved in every aspect of school life
