We currently have a vacancy for a reliable, caring, adaptable, motivated, and enthusiastic Midday Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at de Vere Primary School. This is a permanent position, 10 hours per week (11:30am - 13:30pm), term time only.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has a friendly and approachable manner with good communication skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Has a commitment to promoting the school's values and ethos
- Has a willingness to undertake any necessary training
- Will assist with the management of the dining hall to enable a calm and enjoyable lunch for our pupils
- Will oversee the pupils in the playground and encourage activities and play
- Will ensure first aid protocols are followed including adherence to record keeping
