Are you adaptable, patient, and empathetic with experience working with young people? Do you want to play a vital role in supporting learning and maintaining high standards in the classroom? If so, we'd love you to join us at Lift Tendring.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll:

Deliver prepared lesson materials in the absence of the class teacher.
Maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment in line with our behaviour policy.
Support students with their work, including those with SEND, liaising with the SENDCO and form tutors where needed.
Take on wider academy duties, such as supervising students at break and lunchtimes.
What we're looking for:

Ability to build positive relationships with students.
Excellent communication skills.
A team player who can also work independently.
Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience.
