Art Technician

Start date: Immediate (following completion of pre-employment checks)

Full Time

LGPS Level 4 Point 6-7 £25,989 - £26,403 fte (£23,128 - £23,496 actual)

37 hours per week. Term Time plus 1 week (40 weeks)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, imaginative, and well organised Technician to provide effective support within both our Art Department.

This candidate would work collaboratively with teaching staff and students to prepare, provide, maintain and manage the necessary materials and resources for a safe and engaging learning environment.

Experience in a similar role within an educational setting would be an advantage however full training will be provided.

, near Southend, Essex. It educates more than 1,000 students aged 11-18 from over 40 countries. Since 2011, the school has had a sixth form.

Chase High School was built more than 100 years ago and recently secured academy status under the Discovery Educational Trust. The secondary school continues to be involved in the community, forging local and international partnerships.
