About the role:

We are looking for reliable and professional people to add to our team of friendly invigilators to support students during examination periods and ensure the smooth running of all public and internal examinations at the school. Our main external examination season runs through the months of May and June; therefore, candidates must be available and willing to make a commitment for the duration of the main exam period and preferably able to work for the whole day when needed.

The post would be ideally suited to applicants who are:

• Highly organised; vigilant; reliable and able to work well as part of a team.

• Confident communicator with both colleagues and students.

• Have excellent attention to detail and experience following rigorous procedures.

• The ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Flexibility to be called in at short notice.

Duties will include supervising students taking examinations and ensuring their proper conduct, preparing exam rooms, taking the attendance register, distributing, and collecting exam papers, all in accordance with the JCQ regulations.
