Nursery Apprentice or Nursery Practitioner

Pay Rate: £7.55 for an apprentice rising to national minimum wage after first year.

Hours of work: Term time, 9pm-3pm.

Situated in the heart of Jaywick, Little Pals Pre-School endeavours to provide a nurturing space where children can grow emotionally and physically, building confidence as they prepare for school and beyond.

As a Nursery Apprentice, you will help:

· Plan and deliver engaging activities

· Form strong bonds with children and their families

· Create a safe, clean and stimulating environment that encourages a child's curiosity

· Maintain safeguarding procedures and ensure the nursery policies and procedures are followed

What we are looking for:

· Maths and English grade 4 or above

· A passion for childcare and a positive attitude

· A practitioner who is qualified at Level 2 but would like the opportunity to gain their Level 3 qualification.

· Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and our families
