We know that candidates (especially women, research tells us) may be put off applying for a job unless they can tick every box. As we say in the person specification, we will take a holistic view of your application. So, if you are excited about working with us and taking the next step in your leadership journey but aren't 100% sure if you meet all the criteria, we'd still like to have the opportunity to read your application - you might just be the person we are looking for!
