About the role:
We are looking for a maths intervention HLTA to plan and deliver learning activities for individual and small groups of Year 11 students working for their Maths G.C.S.E. This is a fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will provide additional support for Year 11 pupils who are preparing for both the Foundation and Higher Tier GCSE papers in summer 2026 and help them to make the best possible progress. Both the Bridge Academy Trust's Director of Maths and the maths faculty will work collaboratively with the HLTA to ensure that this new, exciting role has the maximum impact.
It is essential that the postholder has been educated in maths up to GCE A level or level 3 equivalence and has grade B/Grade 6+ in GCSE Maths. At least a grade C/grade 4+ in G.C.S.E. English is also required.
