The Headteacher of Bournes Green Infant and Junior Schools and the CEO of SECAT are seeking to appoint a part-time SENCO to join our dedicated and ambitious team.
Are you a passionate and driven SENCO ready to make a real difference? We are looking for an driven, innovative, and compassionate Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our dedicated team and lead inclusive practice across our two vibrant schools.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking and supportive environment where every child's individual needs are recognised, respected, and met. As SENCO, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our SEND provision, ensuring all pupils receive the education, care, and opportunities they need to thrive.
You will be a highly skilled practitioner who brings vision, energy, and expertise to the role. Ideally, you will hold the National SENCO Qualification (or be working towards it) and have experience supporting pupils with a diverse range of needs. A strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice is essential, as is a collaborative, child-centred approach.
