1:1 Learning Support Assistant
Fixed Term
To start September 2025
Term time only (38 weeks), 22.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday
Fixed Term linked to EHCP until August 2031
Scale 3 Points 5-6, Including Outer Fringe £25,496 - £25,889 FTE,
Pro Rata Salary £12,576.96 - £12,776.34 paid in 12 equal instalments.
In this role, you will be working within a fantastic friendly team.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, positive and able to work on their own initiative, as well as follow direction from other members of the teaching team.
Applicants should have:
· A high standard of written and spoken English
· Excellent numeracy skills
· A strong work ethic with flexibility to respond positively to challenges of day to day school life
· Previous experience of working within a LSA role or similar role is preferable but not essential
· Experience of working alongside ASD children on 1:1 is desirable

Our class teachers are supported by an experienced team of Teaching Assistants who also take on additional responsibilities within the school.
