Due to retirement, we are now seeking a Headteacher with strategic intelligence and emotional depth.

- Has a deep understanding of teaching, learning and curriculum design, and ensures high standards without compromising wellbeing

- Uses insight, evidence and emotional intelligence to make courageous, principled decisions
- Builds a culture of growth, reflection and accountability, where staff feel invested in and proud
