Chelmsford College is seeking a proactive and student-centred individual to join our dedicated team as a Learning and Study Centre Adviser.
What you'll do:
- Champion independent learning and study skills across all curriculum areas
- Support students in dynamic, busy timetabled Study Centres and our newly launched Learning Resource Centres
- Collaborate with the Learning and Study Centre Manager to promote and advocate for academic resources, including innovative digital tools
- Motivate students to stay engaged, focused, and on track with assignments and coursework
- Encourage the development of transferable skills and instil a strong work ethic in every learner
