We are seeking a dedicated, passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to manage our popular 50 place Nursery for babies, toddlers and pre-school children. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of early childhood education. This role requires effective communication with staff, parents and children, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for all. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for managing staff, developing educational programmes, and fostering a positive atmosphere that promotes the growth and development of each child.

The applicant must have relevant qualifications and experience and will suit a skilled multi tasker who shares our ambitions for excellence.

This is a career graded post based at our modern Nursery premises in Harwich, Essex.

Based in the small town of Harwich, Harwich Connexions Noah's Nursery and Harwich Connexions Windmill Nursery are both 50 place day care Nursery, catering for children from 0 - 5 years of age. Each nursery is open 50 weeks a year, Monday to Friday from 8.00am until 6.00pm, and is committed to providing quality child care and pre school education.
