Fiinance Administrator
25 hours per week (term time, plus 10 days holiday working)
This is an exciting opportunity to join our well-established, friendly central finance team. We are looking for a cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable individual to be our new Finance Administrator. The role, while based at the Trust office in Hutton, will require an ability and willingness for occasional travel to Trust schools, to provide financial support.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of working in a financial environment, ideally within the education sector
- Working knowledge of financial management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent administration skills
- The ability to prioritise workload while maintaining accuracy and meeting key deadlines
- Ability to travel across all schools within the Trust

Discovery Educational Trust, formed in 2014, is a successful and established multi-academy trust based in South Essex, comprising just under 4000 pupils and 500 staff, across 5 schools.
