We have an exciting opportunity at Yellow Brick Rd Nursery Colchester, september 2025 we will be opening our brand new Little dots room taking babies from 6 months to 23 months.
We are looking for someone passionate with experience working with children under 2 to run our baby room for us with the support of the settings manager and area manager.
The hours will be 8.00-4.30 monday to thursday term time only, however we do offer holiday clubs at the staff and managers descretion and is optional.
Yellow Brick rd nursery is a home from home setting putting our families and staff at the heart of everything we do.
Candidates must:
Hold at least a level 3 Early years qualification.
Have had experience previously working with babies and toddlers under 2 years.
Be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to the babies as well as provide them with an enabling environment and learning opportinities.
Be able to run the room and delegate with a small team in the baby room.
Communicate effectively with parents and families, as well as management and the team.
Paediatric first aid preffered but can offer training if expired.
