About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and strategic operating officer to guide the Trust through its next phase of development. The HOO will play a pivotal role in ensuring operating excellence and long term sustainability across our multi-academy trust.
At NET Academies Trust, we believe that strong operational leadership is vital to fulfilling our mission of delivering exceptional educational experiences. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Operations Officer (HOO) to help shape and drive the next phase of our development.
This is an exciting time to join us, as NET Academies Trust expands from a six-school to a nine-school trust. The HOO will play a critical role in ensuring that our operational strategy supports this growth and underpins our ambition to create a high-performing, sustainable, and forward-thinking learning environment.
As HOO, you will:
- Provide expert leadership and strategic advice.
- Ensure sound compliance and operational delivery in all non academic areas of the Trust.
- Be a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to the Trust's overall vision and success

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in operational leadership at a senior level, preferably in an education or public sector setting.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams and provide high-quality financial insight and direction.
