The Governors are looking for an aspirational leader to join the school in January 2026, who has the vision and skills to ensure that Chase Lane continues to develop and move forward.

· Is a strong communicator able to develop even further the school's contribution to the community and ethos of inclusivity

· Is adept as using and developing new resources to further improve and extend the school's programme

· Has a proven track record of raising attainment
