Brentwood County High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science to join our dynamic and supportive team from September 2025.

The successful candidate will be passionate about Science, with the ability to inspire and engage students across all Key Stages. They will have a strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements for both subjects, and will demonstrate high expectations for all students, showing a clear commitment to helping them achieve their full potential. We are looking for a reflective teacher who is eager to contribute to the ongoing development of the department and play an active role in the wider school community.

BCHS is a Co-operative Academy which is firmly rooted in serving our community. BCHS is located in the heart of Brentwood, near the town centre, a short distance from the train station, which is 25 minutes from Liverpool Street Station. The school also includes a large sixth form campus and achievements at KS5 have been a key strength at BCHS. Parking is available on-site and there are good transport links by both rail and bus. BCHS is just over two miles from the M25.
