Hours:3:00 PM - 6:15 PM, Monday to Friday Term Time + Non-Pupil Days + 3 Weeks During Holidays
Salary: Scale 3 Point 5-6. Actual starting salary from £10,043.90

Are you a reliable and motivated individual with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety? We are seeking aCleaning Supervisorto join our dedicated team at a supportive and inclusiveSpecial Educational Needs (SEN) school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of cleaners to ensure all areas of the school are cleaned to a high standard.
- Carry out cleaning duties as part of the team.
- Ensure cleaning schedules and checklists are followed and completed.
- Act as akey holder, responsible for securing the premises at the end of the shift.
- Report any maintenance or health and safety issues promptly.
- Liaise with school staff and the Site Manager to ensure operational needs are met.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous cleaning and supervisory experience (preferred).
- Is trustworthy, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
- Understands the importance of hygiene and safety in a school environment.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Is flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the school.
