Pre School Manager - Fairview Under Fives

Fairview Under Fives is a small family orientated pre-school, located in Rayleigh. Our ethos is based on us wanting the very best for children and it's our privilege to make learning an adventure. This is a small 20 place setting that meets the needs of around 45 families. We now have a vacancy available for anexperiencedandconfidentPreschool Manager.

Experience / Qualifications required

We are looking for a strong Manager, who has 2 or more years experience managing a Nursery/Pre school setting or you may be an experienced Deputy with at least 3 years experience, who wants to develop their career
You must be qualified to a minimum of level 3 in Early Years and level 4 would be preferable.
Available to work a minimum of 21 hours between 8.30 and 3.15 Monday to Friday, term time only
Experience and understanding of OFSTED standards and/or previous experience of inspections in a management capacity.
A strong staff leader, who shows real focus on retention of a well-balanced team.
The ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise workload
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and Safeguarding
Knowledge and understanding of childcare management
Ability to lead a childcare team, developing positive relationships with colleagues, parents, children and outside agencies.

Fairview Under Fives is a small, term time pre-school based in Rayleigh Essex, providing care and education for children between the ages of 2-5 years.
