Job Title: Key Stage 5 Teacher

Pay Scale: Subject to qualifications and experience, + 1SEN

Required: September 2025.

Treetops Learning Community is excited to offer an opportunity for a Key Stage 5 Teacher to join our team.

In March 2025 Treetops School was judged by Ofsted to have maintained the standards identified at the previous inspection. The previous inspection was in February 2020, at which time Treetops was judged as Outstanding. Treetops Free School, which officially opened in September 2022, was judged Good in its first Ofsted inspection in March 2024. 

Students throughout Treetops Learning Community have complex needs varying from moderate to severe learning difficulties, which may include; speech and communication difficulties, autism and global developmental delay.

There will be exciting career progression opportunities for all staff as the Trust develops and grows. 

We are looking for a qualified teacher who:
Has a commitment and passion to work with students with a wide and diverse range of SEN
Has excellent interpersonal skills
Is versatile and able to deliver a high standard of learning to students of all abilities.
Wants to be a member of a creative and dynamic staff team with high expectations for our students
