Scale 8 (Points 25-28) FTE range from £35,235 to £37,938

Actual Salaryfrom: £31,506 (Scale 8 Point 25 under 5 years) OR £34,365 (Scale 8 Point 28 over 5 years)

37 hours 30 mins - 5 days per week, term time only + 1 week

We are looking for an efficient and skilled Business Manager to join our school support team to assist the Senior Leadership Team in financial planning, oversight and monitoring of school systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated, pupil-centred and forward-thinking staff team within a school judged to be 'Good' in all areas.

It is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience. We work closely with the Trust to provide training and mentoring to be able to have a positive impact on pupil learning and outcomes straight away.

Information about the School

Kingswode Hoe is a special school for pupils with complex learning difficulties. We take pupils aged between 5 and 16 (Y1 - Y11) living in the Colchester area. All pupils are admitted to the school by the Statutory Assessment team of Essex Local Authority based at Essex House in Colchester. We are currently funded for 151 places.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
