About the role:
Richard de Clare Community Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate, and committed Key Stage Two Class Teacher to join our teaching team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly effective practitioner to contribute to our school community and to inspire our pupils. We are looking for a creative and motivated individual who firmly believes that every child possesses the potential to succeed. The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge pupils, ensuring that all achieve their full potential.
As part of a Multi Academy Trust that prioritises continuing professional development, we are pleased to offer the opportunity for coaching and development aimed at those aspiring to fast track into leadership roles.
A TLR is available for a suitable candidate, focusing on the enhancement of teaching and learning quality in Upper Key Stage 2. This role will include developing and refining the teaching practice of fellow staff members, positively impacting the educational progress of pupils within the phase.
We are looking for an individual who:
· Holds the highest expectations for all children, irrespective of their backgrounds
· Is a highly-skilled professional, passionate and knowledgeable about pedagogical practices
· Exemplifies exemplary practice and is eager to support partner teachers in maintaining the highest standards in Upper Key Stage 2
· Possesses a sound understanding of the effective teaching of both core and wider curriculum subjects
· Is committed to collaborative professional development.
· Is a reflective practitioner who actively seeks to enhance their own teaching practice
· Works effectively as an integral part of class, year group, and phase teams
· Has knowledge of and experience in preparing for End of Key Stage 2 Assessments
