Learning Support Assistant
Pay Range: Local Government Scale 4
Actual Salary from: £17,783 - £18,067 (Points 7-8)
Start Date: ASAP
The Role
We are seeking an outstanding individual to support students in the Enhanced Provision and the full school to have full and equitable access to school including learning, social and extracurricular activities.
- This post is 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term Time, plus non-pupil days)

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Complete One Plans and Pupil Passports with students and parents.
- Be a Key Worker - supporting identified students in all areas of SEND.
- Support students with activities which support literacy and numeracy skills.
- Understand specific learning needs and styles and provide differentiated support to students individually and within a group.

We're looking for you if you have:
- Level 2 in learning support or other equivalent qualification
- Full working knowledge of ICT to support learning
- Good reading and writing skills
- Good numeracy skills
