                 Role: Caretaker
 Hours: 37 hours per week (shift pattern within the hours of 6.30am - 10.30pm) with rota to cover team annual leave and sickness
 Salary: £23,500 - £23,893 per annum (Pay Award Pending)
 Start date: 1st September 2024 or sooner
 We are seeking to appoint a Caretaker to join our growing premises team in September 2024, when the school will be expanding and include a new campus on Remembrance Avenue. Candidates will be required to be 18 years or over and hold a full driving licence.
 Duties include:
 Security and supervision of the site and related equipment
 Lettings
 Porterage
 Site maintenance

                Information about the School
The Beaulieu Park School is Essex’s first ‘All Through’ school and the primary phase opens for reception students in September 2018 with the secondary phase opening in September 2019.  The Beaulieu Park School will welcome its first cohort of 60 reception aged children in two classes. In September 2019, 180 Year 7 students will be admitted. Year on year the school will grow, providing 420 places for local children between four and eleven years old by 2024 and 900 places for local children between 11 and 16 years old by 2023.
