We are seeking to appoint a cleaner to join our team of hardworking and dedicated premises staff.
West Thurrock Academy prides itself on its exceptionally high standards of cleaning and would expect the successful candidate to maintain these standards.
The position is for 12.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (with 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays).
Working hours are 3:30pm to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The salary for this role is £23,616 (FTE) - actual salary is £7,978.43.
Cleaning experience would be desirable but not essential for the right candidate. Full training will be given.

West Thurrock Academy is a two-form school which currently has 450 children on role. The school is very spacious with a large hall for P.E., assemblies and school meals, plenty of outdoor learning zones and access to a good-sized field. The school also has a compute suite and Food Technology Room that is used by all classes within the school. The school is open and inclusive, enabling our children to learn and explore in a safe and secure environment.
West Thurrock Academy is a Single Academy Trust with a Governing Body and a Members Board.
