Post Title: Assistant Site Manager
Contractual Status: Permanent
Responsible to: Site Manager / Headteacher
Hours: 25 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year
Salary: Scale Point 6

We are looking to appoint an assistant site manager (to work in conjunction with our current site manager) who is highly motivated and a strong team player. We are looking for an upbeat, approachable individual, who is looking for a position in a supportive school with a dedicated team. We are also looking for somebody approachable, well-motivated and someone who is able to work on their own initiative. They will need a good level of fitness due to the nature of the role.

The successful candidate will have a variety of skills and knowledge that they will bring with them to the role, be enthusiastic and take a pride in ensuring that our school is clean, safe and welcoming.

Applicants must have excellent communication and a good level of ICT skills. Previous experience of working in a school as part of the maintenance or site team would be an advantage but is not an essential requirement.
