Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Bardfield Academy
Contract: Permanent
Hours per week: 37 hours, working 38 weeks per year (term-time only)
Band: Scale 5 Point 8-11 (Depending on experience)
Actual Salary: £17,538.41 to £18,580.63 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Closing date: 3rd January 2022
Interview date: 10th January 2022
We have an exciting opportunity at Bardfield Academy for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our nursery team; primarily leading and working with our 3 year old children.
The successful candidate will:
● Be caring, patient and empathetic.
● Have a good understanding of child development and early years' pedagogy, especially working with 3 years old children.
● Be committed to developing effective relationships with children, parents and staff.
● Have a positive approach to behaviour management.
● Have experience in carrying out observations and completing assessments.
● Have excellent communication skills.
● Have good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE grade C or Level 2 and above).
● Be able to plan and implement high quality learning in both indoor and outdoor environments.
