We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join our friendly and supportive kitchen team. Are you able to assist our catering manager in cooking for 100 children a day. You are guaranteed happy, polite customers and we are willing to train the right person if required.
The successful candidate would:
Help with the preparation and cooking of food & beverages.
Serve children at the counter as required
To undertake all aspects of cleaning equipment
Ensure that tables and counters are as clean as reasonably practicable and adequately stocked.
Maintain a high standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene to comply with statutory and school regulations.
Attend training activities and/or meetings as required.
Deputise for the Cook as required.
Occasionally, to assist with special functions at the school which may be outside of normal working hours.
