Site Manager
Salary: Essex Scale 5 Point 8 - £16,615 per annum (actual salary)
Additional fringe allowance - £507 per annum
Working hours: 30 hours per week, 12pm - 6pm Monday - Friday
52.14 weeks per year
Working pattern during school closure periods is negotiable
Start date: July 2021

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for an energetic, pro-active Site Manager to join us and to help keep our school safe, welcoming and purposeful for children, staff and visitors.
We are looking for a practical and well-motivated person to work at Doddinghurst Church of England Junior School. The role will include a wide range of responsibilities and duties connected with ground and facilities maintenance of the site. Under the direction of the Head of School and the Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust H&S department you will also carry out Health and Safety checks in accordance with Trust policies to ensure the school remains compliant.
You will need to be:
· A hands-on individual who can maintain, develop and implement systems and procedures;
· Practical; with good DIY skills;
· Able to contribute to projects and maintenance schedules;
· Self-motivated and willing to work on your own initiative
· Adaptable regarding hours of work to meet the needs of the school

· 25 days annual leave per annum plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days on completion of 5 years' continuous service
